If you have called my office, you have most likely talked to Taylor. Taylor runs the front office and handles everything from making appointments to billing insurance to ordering supplements for our patients and everything in between. In 2011, Taylor started working in my office at age 18, and is now a Chiropractic Assistant.

The saying, "God works in mysterious ways, " comes to my mind when I think about my journey. I was a very sickly child. From the time I was born until I was seven I was often sick. My main problem was my respiratory tract. I either had croup, asthma, bronchitis, or all three. I had a cough that would rattle the windows.

You will receive an email from Dr. Kilcup letting you know that he is ready to meet with you. Often this meeting is over the phone and the internet. Dr. Kilcup will email you the documents he wants to go over with you over the phone. During this initial meeting Dr. Kilcup will discuss your history with you to make sure he understands what is going on.

That is a great question, and you're right, I can't physically fix your back without getting my hands on you. It is very frustrating for me when I know that if I could just see the patient in person, I could fix his/her problem. Issues with muscles, joints and fascia require a hands-on approach. Often though, I can direct people to someone in their area who can provide the kind of care they need.
