Continuous issues with the front staff. Most doctors office will fill your prescription if you have an appointment scheduled but this place won't. They'd prefer if you suffer from eczema to have your skin crack and bleed rather than give you a refill to last till your next appointment. It's not my fault they don't even have appointments available till next year

I was diagnosed with breast cancer last November, a very scary time for me. I am grateful that I was referred to Dr. Marvin Spann to have reconstruction with an expander at the same time as my mastectomy. My overall experience with him and the staff has been excellent. Everyone has been very professional, compassionate, and kind. Dr. Marvin Spann is a perfectionist and will not let you have botched results. I am glad that I am done with this chapter of my life but if I need/want further cosmetic surgery I will definitely go to Dr. Marvin Spann.

I'm about 5months post lipo and fat transfer. I'm so happy with my results, after trying to be consistent at the gym and not seeing results I wanted I finally decided to see Dr. Marvin Span. Very professional, healing process was much better then expected, minimal pain, scarring looks great and I still look natural which was my request and he meet my standards. Thank you for the confidence and thank you to the staff for being so helpful, highly recommend.

As a retired physician, I tend to be a bit hard on my evaluation of a new doctor. I have been to at least 10 different dermatologists since moving to Vegas 16 years ago and ended up going back to my dermatologist in LA. Dr. Spann came highly recommended by a friend who has been spot on with all of her prior recommendations so I thought I would give Dr. Spann a try. Great recommendation. First off, the office works remarkably well and each of the front office people were very professional. I received multiple text reminders for my appointment. On coming in, temp is taken. Seats are nicely spaced
