Pelvic Floor Therapy
Specialized treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction addresses incontinence, organ prolapse, and chronic pain through manual therapy and neuromuscular retraining. Our board-certified specialists treat both men and women using evidence-based techniques validated by over 2,000 successful patient cases. Each session focuses on restoring proper muscle function while educating patients about their anatomy and self-care strategies for long-term relief.
Birth Preparation
Prenatal physical therapy prepares mothers for childbirth through pelvic floor strengthening, breathing techniques, and optimal labor positioning instruction. Our program reduces childbirth complications by improving muscular control and educating patients about physiological changes during delivery. Patients learn pain management strategies and postpartum recovery preparation in personalized sessions led by women's health specialists with advanced certifications.
Dry Needling
Targeted dry needling treats chronic muscle tension and pain by inserting fine needles into trigger points to release tightness and stimulate healing. This technique provides rapid relief for patients with musculoskeletal conditions affecting posture, mobility, and daily function. Combined with manual therapy, it helps restore normal muscle function for improved quality of life.
Infertility Optimization
Specialized physical therapy improves reproductive health through pelvic alignment techniques and circulatory enhancement to optimize natural fertility. Our approach addresses mechanical factors affecting conception while supporting overall wellness through stress reduction and hormonal balance strategies. This program combines manual therapy with lifestyle guidance for comprehensive fertility support.
Manual Therapy
Skilled manual therapy addresses chronic musculoskeletal pain through joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and neuromuscular techniques. This hands-on approach provides lasting relief for patients with persistent pain unresponsive to medication. Our therapists use individualized techniques to improve mobility, reduce inflammation, and restore functional movement patterns through focused 1:1 treatment sessions.

Julia and Amy are amazing, compassionate, and professional pelvic floor PTs who truly strive to restore your core in every possible way. The trainings and specializations they have make them an elite team able to help your body and soul heal, not just strengthen muscles. I started working with Julia at 6 months postpartum after months of urinary incontinence, pelvic floor tightness and pain, and learned to relax my pelvic floor in a way I never knew was possible. Within 3 months I was nearly completely pain free after much breathing, muscle release and scar massage. We added exercises to stay relaxed

I cannot express in words my deep appreciation for Julia and the Restore Your Core team. I gave birth in January 2020 (just before the pandemic). Leading up to the birth, I was given all kinds of advice from just about everyone around me, but the advice about strengthening my body to prepare for birth from Julia was truly beneficial. Then, when my birthing situation did not go according to plan and ended in a c-section, Julia SAVED MY LIFE. You see, no one tells you about the painful healing process that includes scar tissue. Julia helped relieve that burning rock-solid feeling near my stitches

I am a runner. I was experiencing glute, adductor, and high hamstring pain. I had seen several PTs and was not having any success in resolving the pain. Amy and Julia were able to diagnosis the problems and get me back to doing what I love. I highly recommend Restore Your Core PT.

Amy is the BEST. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for physical therapy to restore your pelvic floor. She does an amazing job at educating you and helping you feel comfortable with the therapy. I can't say enough about her respectful care. I only wish I had been educated by Amy 10 years ago.

After seeing Dr. Amy for several months to help with issues regarding pain, I was finally able to have my first pain free annual gynecological exam. Her wholistic approach is excellent, and you are able to take exercises she teaches you and apply them at home (or at the doctors office). She not only looks at the pelvic floor but takes into concern your entire body and health. She taught me more about myself than I had ever known or realized. Amy is also very respectful and understanding in sensitive issues that pain can cause in your life and marriage. Highly recommend Dr. Amy and Restore Your

I am so happy to have worked with Jules Powden. Being a physical therapist myself, I was fortunate enough to know Jules before needing therapy. I learned a lot about pelvic floor health after a presentation she put on during a runners' club meeting. It opened my eyes to the importance of my pelvic floor health after child birth and returning to running and working out. Once I found out I was pregnant I reached out to Jules to let her know that I wanted to work with her and she kept in touch with me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum until my first visit with her. She made me feel comfortable
