We have been in our Garland office since 2007 after 13 years at the former Richardson location and I've been practicing dentistry for 26 years. Dr. Mason graduated from the Baylor College of Dentistry in 1991. She started her own practice in Richardson in 1994 and moved to the current location in 2007. She enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters. A native of Kansas, Toni has worked in dentistry since 1998.

Our treatments include: Deep cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, gum disease prevention and treatment, tooth colored fillings, TMJ assessment, first visits for children, extractions, mouth guards, oral cancer screening, and emergencies.Teeth Whitening: We use Phillips Zoom! to perform in-office bleaching.

As a recent transplant to the DFW area, I was looking for a dentist & was enthusiastically referred to Dr. Mason by another physician. I'm glad I asked! Dr. Mason & her team are friendly, professional, helpful, offered me options & recommendations. I was worried about finding someone after spending over 15 years with my previous dentist before I moved. I'm very happy to have Dr. Mason as a resource!

I’m a very nervous patient and the staff is so caring and makes me feel comfortable. They make sure I am comfortable and answer all my questions. Dr. Janet Mason is so caring and conservative about her treatment with crowns and replacing old fillings. I am glad I found this office. Well worth the drive.

I have had dental work for over a year with Dr. Janet Mason. Before visiting her office I had been extremely hesitant to get my teeth clean due to the pandemic. Now that I have had several appointments for cleaning and crowns, I feel assured that she and her staff are following extra special dental procedures for maintaining a sterile environment (where sick coughing patients are not allowed inside.). Her staff, technicians and office employees are super professional and polite. Dr. Mason is delightful to talk to, and she appears to be trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Early and consistent with Covid protocol. DR Mason does a great job. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have sensitive teeth and they acknowledge that, and work with me. Some Doctors and Dentist keep you waiting, never had that problem with her office. Just the best. Moved to Fort Worth and still make the drive

I recently moved to Garland from out of state. My wife and I needed to find a new dental practice to take over our dental care and found Dr. Janet Mason. I was treated extremely well and respectful. They went out of their way to be sure I was comfortable. I had many questions regarding charges and billing. Dr. Mason’s staff answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They were very respectful and kind. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Mason for anyone in need of dental care.

Dr. Mason and her staff are professional, competent, efficient and compassionate. Though they use state of the art technology to diagnose and address dental needs, the people are my primary reason for returning, visit after visit. From the front to the back, everyone is friendly and helpful. They seem to feel the same way about their patients as we feel about them. I highly recommend Dr. Mason and her team.

My family has been going to Dr. Mason's office for 6 years now and we have always had a wonderful experience! Everyone from the front desk, dental hygentists, assistants and Dr. Mason/Dr. Steiger have been so friendly and professional. We feel like we are going to friends that know what they are doing professionally!

I found them to be very friendly and the place was clean. My hygienist was great and answered all my questions.
However, I wasn't happy about they're billing practices. They told me I would have a $10-$20 fee for cleaning since I'm out of network. I told them fine. Then I find out they charged $400 for the cleaning/exam and I ended up paying $70.
Also, they told me I have 2 cavities and need 2 crowns. They gave me a quote for $5436 where my portion would only be $3936.

Janet R. Mason, DDS has only one concern, making money. From the moment you sit in the chair the staff is selling services and products you did not come in for. When you first come to the clinic you are asked to sign a form saying you will pay all charges that insurance does not pay. This is a pretty standard form and I signed it. I have now been billed the full price for the "fully covered" procedure they claimed to have pre-certified. If you go to this clinic you had better do the entire preliminary work with your insurance on your own. This clinic will say anything to get you
