Kersey & Associates, PC is located in downtown Warren, Pennsylvania. We have provided tax, auditing, accounting and other small business services to Warren and the surrounding areas in Northwestern Pennsylvania for over fifty years. Kersey & Associates, PC is a full-service Certified Public Accounting firm licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

Founder Basil White first opened the doors of White's Accounting in the Warren community in 1948. In 1960 Basil's son, Randy White, joined the company as a partner. John Kersey joined the company in 1975. Upon Randy White's retirement, John Kersey became the owner and managing principal. The firm currently has 18 full-time employees, including 6 CPAs.

John is involved in all facets of our firm. He remains actively involved in serving our clients, as well as serving as the managing director for the firm. Jim serves as managing director in the firm, providing tax services, consulting services, and supervising attest engagements.
