Communication score zero. I don't like to write negative reviews unless they're well earned (as you can tell from my review history). I never got to work with them but did have an absolutely horrible time communicating with them.
Timeline:
Emailed Jan 14th- no response
Emailed again Jan 19th- no response
Called Jan 22nd- no response
Emailed and called Feb 2nd- finally got a call back while at work and he left a voicemail. Asked me to text the number to discuss further which I did. Guess what? No response! What a horrible way to run a business. His lack of caring before an event is pretty
