I had a broken spring and wanted a subpar opener replaced. Send Overhead an email on a Sunday afternoon, had a response Monday morning and installation took place Tuesday morning. The customer service was excellent.
My technician was Aaron S. He was great. Felt like he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the installation process.
I absolutely will be using Overhead Door again with any garage door needs. From the beginning of the process to the end they exceeded my expectations. Appreciate their help getting our issues taken care of.

My electricty was shut off due to line work so I detached my overhead door so i could get my vehicles out. The electricty came back on and when I started the garage door opener the cable came off on one side and twisted the door and rail. So with a pending snow storm coming the next day I called overhead door and asked for an emergency fix. To my surprise the serviceman, Aaron, was out within two hours and had everything fixed and adjusted properly. Very professional and a job well done and a happy customer.

Our old (but new to us) home, has a two car garage but came with only one garage door opener which was on it's last leg of life. The button was misaligned in it's socket and generally took some time to align just right before it'd finally trigger the door. I also wanted to add a keypad to the outside of the door.
So, I called to make an appointment to have a technician install both the keypad and two new clickers. But, they charge a $90 service fee anytime they send a technician to your site so my husband decided to swing by and pick up two new clickers and a keypad to do it himself

We needed to have some panels replaced on our garage door and these guys were super helpful in getting us all set up. We worked with a gent named Dan who was often busy, but always good about getting back to us later in the day if we left a message.
While the panels for the doors cost about the same amount as our house payment for the month, they were good at finding the panels we needed for a door that's not particularly common. They were also able to hook us up with replacement garage door openers.
Once the plans were in place, home base was good about keeping us informed about the goings
