The office staff and dr are great but unfortunately had a big miscommunication with insurance for my appointment. I ended up being out of network so was stuck with a $300 dollar bill and a cleaning to show for it. I understand miscommunications happen but they should not have been so eager to schedule me and proceed with the appointment.

You could not ask for a better experience. The staff treat you like you are the most important person in the room. Dr. Ratcliff is so gentle and has a wonderful demeanor
