I lived here for a year and I absolutely loved this place while living there. My problem was after moving out. I was informed I needed to tell the staff I was moving after my lease was up. After my lease ended I was on month to month but informed the staff that I was moving in a few months (alil more than 90 days) due to my military obligation which was the timeline I was told I needed to give notice. I provided my military paperwork and orders. I get a letter in the mail after moving stating I never told them I was moving out and they charged me 1500 dollars for an early move out fee. I’ve been

We have loved living at ten01. Jamie and Amanda have been amazing and the rest of the crew (sorry I’m bad with names!) they always greet us with warm smiles and are super responsive to work orders. It’s a huge property, but we still feel like a priority. They also have taken amazing care of the feral cat community and getting the numbers under control which is not their responsibility but it adds value to the community while cleaning it up. I lived here for a year and a half with the majority of the time being spent in the apartment during the pandemic. The location is perfect. Not only are you on the lake but you can easily walk/bike ride/catch a scooter to mill avenue. They also have updated the majority of the apartments so they look nice inside. I never had an issue with management or staff.

We've lived here a month and love it so far! Everyone in the front office is super friendly and helpful (shout out to Savannah!). We had a few small maintenance issues when we moved in and all were dealt with very quickly. The amenities are great- from the gym to the free cold brew on tap! Location is also fantastic, so close to everyone we need to go.

I've tried handling this issue internally, and unfortunately I can't get an answer from management, so hopefully you can help me here. I've had cockroaches for the past 6 months living here. When I first moved in, my apartment was clean and pest free. However, in the past few months pest control has had to "exterminate" the roaches 4 separate times. Meaning, I've had to completely pack up my apartment as if I was moving out to make sure every cabinet, appliance and drawer were clear in order for them to spray. When I searched for a place to live when I was relocating from St. Louis to Tempe for a job, I applied online at Ten01. I knew the area so I wasn't worried about the location being safe to live. Literally from my home in St. Louis I leased an apartment online at Ten01. It was extremely seamless and when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised as the Unit was exactly the way the pics showed online.

This property is amazing and has so many different floor plans to choose from, so let’s just say you have options. I went and toured this property the other day and the leasing agents/staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Savannah for having such a great personality, being able to answer all my questions and concerns, and being so nice and friendly! Great customer service. Judith from beginning to the end of signing for my new home has been amazing! Absolutely adore how she answered any questions I may have had in a timely manner. The area is great! Close to all the stores I shop at for ex; Target, Fry’s and even a car wash up the street (Raceway Car Wash). Let’s not forget Buffalo Wild Wings and plenty of other… great local restaurants. The neighbors have been nice.
Love how I’m literally half an hour from reaching any part of town from Gilbert to Avondale or even North Phoenix due to being close to one of the main arteries of freeway.

They're managed by Greystar and they are horrible at responding, my boyfriend lives here and his car got broken into the day he moved in. That's not the properties fault but what is their fault is that he tried to reach out left a message about needing another mailbox key and to this day he doesn't have a phone call or mailbox key and it's been 2 months. This management has horrible reviews all across the board, hallways smell musty and their amenities aren't open although they charge pretty expensive pricing.

But I must say since Greystar, Jamie and Reinita have left this place has gone downhill. They have zero professionalism whatsoever. The gist of this review is that this apartment complex (and Greystar, the property management company of the complex) only care about the money that they can get from you. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I'm very pleased. I have neighbors that party (loudly) and as soon as I close my apartment door I cannot hear a thing!! Total silence even though it's super loud from the hallway.
Amazing maintenance staff too! They are so helpful and even showed me a place in the garage for an outlet so a mobile groomer could hook their van up to groom my pet. For leaks and stuff they come out within an hour if it's urgent or the time that you ask. One time my garbage disposal was stopped up from someone on the 2nd floor (I'm on the 3rd) and they came back 3 times until

To start, Ten01 has made drastic improvements to their amenities the last 2 years that make it very appealing to live here in addition to the lake. However, it is very unfortunate that the property is so poorly managed by Alliance, Greystar and the office staff. I would HIGHLY advise against signing a lease with Ten01. My Roommates and I have been here for a little over 5 months and there has been nothing but issues. When we moved in, the unit itself was NO WHERE near move in ready. There were multiple non-functioning lights throughout the unit, one of two air conditioners that was completely… non-functional and caused high levels of discomfort being that we live in Arizona and it was the summer time, issues with our floors, fridge, fireplace, blinds, roof (which is still leaking!), caked on dirt and grime in many areas of each of the three bathrooms

Very impressed with this property so far. It has been less than a week since move in, but clean, quiet, ample parking, plenty of help in the office. Can't wait to see the new amenities when they open this week. Nellie, the office manager, has done a great job making sure our experience has run smoothly.

I love this location, which was why I was disappointed when I originally toured Ten01 6 months ago and did not have the best experience. Something told me to come back and give it a 2nd shot and I'm glad I did! The hallways have brand new carpet which made a huge difference compared to how they were before... I had a great experience on tour and the leasing agent was extremely helpful and accommodating. I am really looking forward to moving in soon and calling Ten01 home.

Great property and location. I appreciate the renovations that are being completed and I look forward to using the new amenities. The management switched over about 2 weeks into my arrival, so I never knew the old management team but have heard of issues with the transition (and noticed how they appeared understaffed with a lot on their plates). I… have thankfully not had to experience the issues that many of my residents have dealt with. However, I sympathize with issues of unresponsiveness as I have visited the office 3 times to ask for my mail key over several weeks and it was not available

I agree with every person that has posted. The new management is horrible, non-responsive and definitely don’t have the best interest of the tenants, especially when it comes to safety. In July there was a fire, and after notifying them in mid July that the apartment fire extinguishers were expired, the fire extinguishers have still NOT been… replaced!! The buildings are dirty and disgusting, and then they try to charge the exiting tenants for cleaning fees when the apartments are being left in far more better condition than when moving in.
