The website was user friendly, the arrangements had detailed descriptions and the photos were clearly identified as to what level I was looking at. The flowers were delivered just a few hours after placing the order and the arrangement looks just like the photo. I'm very pleased.

Ordered flowers for delivery for my grandmothers birthday and the entire process was seamless. The website is easy to walk through and direct. The flowers were delivered timely and were beautiful. Thank you Norton's for assisting me in adding a special touch on my grandmothers birthday!

I stopped by here recently to pick up some gifts for Administrative Professionals Day. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. The lady who helped me came out right away and made a great recommendation. She quickly put together three small bouquets. The gifts were a hit with my office's admins. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a florist in the downtown area!

I'm from Michigan and was able to EASILY access their website & place an order for my bonus daughter who recently got a full ride to Miles college. We miss her entirely and thought it would be a nice way to remind her that she's loved, missed and truly proud of her. She LOVED the arrangement. I hope to send her some more from Norton's.
