My first time coming here. The sushi was really good. I definitely plan on coming again! My waiter was really slow and hardly spoke to us. We had to wait for a while to get our check and even longer for him to take our payment. Besides that, not a bad experience.

We ordered one of party trays which contained varieties of nigiri sushi, sashimi and Maki sushi rolls. They were extremely fresh. I have tried others so called Japanese sushi and Maki rolls in Waldorf and other places, but this place offers very closed to authentic Japanese nigiri sushi. Maki sushi rolls were very creative/delicious which I have never eaten in Waldorf or any where else. I am very impressed with their cuisines. The person who takes phone orders could be more professional and friendly by saying his name and greeting customers more enthusiastically. All in all it was nice for us to

Approximately only 20 people and still didn't receive napkins or food after waiting 30 minutes. Oh... the Bartender and Server suggested not waiting.

Food nasty and the drinks are cheap as hell you will definitely be hung over and sick. Nice environment though nicely decorated nice staff.

This place is Wonderful. Always travele to VA to eat sushi. Always knew that it was near my home but after years of driving into VA I gave it a go. Their portio s are way bigger than what I am use to. The sushi is not smelly or discolored. This place is excellent.

Excellent food and service! We enjoyed a family birthday meal here. Our favorites were the shrimp tempura app and the wide array of raw and cooked sushi options. We liked the sashimi martini. Kids enjoyed the ocean roll and the crab supreme roll. We have also previously enjoyed their takeout - always on time and accurate.

This was my first time coming here. I just happened to find it on Yelp and the ratings looked great. From the appetizers alone, I was impressed. Service is fast, and our waitress (Danica) was incredibly friendly and amazing! My family was blown away with the flavors and textures of the sushi. And the steak was perfectly cooked. I'd highly recommend getting a Thai Tea while you're here too; not too sweet with a smooth tea flavor. I can definitely see myself becoming a regular here!

Terrible service they couldn't even wait our tables my aunt ended up hosting and waitressing my tables and on top of that had the audacity to add a mandatory tip on our check when they didn't deserve it at all my aunt did. Some of them don't even know what their doing. Terrible management.

Food 10/10. The third time i went i even had my own showing of spider man. They even give you a special option that you can possibly become the next spider man if you don't catch the spider coming from the ceiling in time. Thankfully i declined that offer and the waiter was helpful enough to take it away for me after i declined being the next spider-man. Other than that tho food is amazing! will continue to have my service hopefully there will be no showing of Spider-man next time. The show was definitely a 7/10, could use better actors.

Ordered takeout. Basic sushi , not bad. But not great. Kind of expensive for how much I got.

Was happy to see this spot was open for indoor dining. My son & I opted for the dinner bento box with Hibachi chicken. The California roll was average, I really enjoyed the vegetable gyoza appetizer. They have $5 drink specials which were pretty decent. Overall a decent experience. I'd be back for the drink specials ;)

Delightful sushi, very well made and fairly fresh. The staff is very nice and prices are not to outrageous. Would definitely recommend some sushi from this place.

I never write reviews, so I was surprised to be disappointed enough to write one. I ordered hibachi takeout for lunch. Anytime I've ever sat down at another hibachi grill, the other place uses minimal sauce when cooking the meat and give you yum yum and teriyaki on the side so you can add it to taste. This place drenched my chicken in teriyaki and provided no other sauces. Other grills use zucchini, onions and mushrooms. My order was just a thin layer of chicken on a gigantic bed of mainly broccoli and a small amount of overcooked, limp onion, with the vegetables also drenched in teriyaki

Used to come here for good sushi and service. Given circumstances and the global pandemic, they are closed inside and only provide take out. I recommend you stay away from their shady online ordering. After waiting nearly an hour, we approach the guy only to learn he's unable to locate our order. Then he took payment like he found the order. After getting our money he explained how he will text us when its ready. An hour into this wait and they're just starting to prepare our order.

Unfortunately some businesses have used the pandemic as a crutch for poor service.. and I'm afraid

All of these tasted fresh and had a great taste profile with good depth/dimensions.
We will be coming back.

Been looking for a place close to get some good Romen. Well this place caught me by surprise. I got the shrimp Romen and it was amazing. Everything was cooked well, from the broth, noodles and everything added. You could tell this place takes pride in their food. Also go for the kobe shrimp, they remind me of bang bang shrimp.

Food and drinks were good...service was good as well! Will definitely return! I ordered sushi and a hibachi plate.

We always order take out, but this time me and my son had a date for his birthday. Love their sushi. Service was very good! Ordered Godzilla cooked sushi and Out of Control, it was delish. My son loves simple rolls with tuna or salmon.

My wonderful husband and I went here for date night this past Saturday before enjoying our Halloween haunt. First timers and we were NOT disappointed! It's a tiny place but feels cozy. Romantic mood lighting and close quarters tables. We ordered the spicy kani salad for an appetizer to share and then a few sushi rolls. Everything came out super fast, our waiter was really nice and anticipated our needs without asking. I'm a regular at Kobe Bar & Grill, sometimes getting sushi 2-4 times a month, I've also dined in once before.

I normally get the sushi lunch special, I get three rolls for $13. I normally get the spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll and the California roll. I've also had the Godzilla roll and the Tiger Roll which are bomb!

If you live in the area and want to try some good and affordable sushi, I do recommend Kobe Bar & Grill.

This place is apparently not for non-sushi types. The sushi looked beautiful but my regular food was not good.
- 2 waiters never refilled my drink, so that was a waste of $3. Should have had water.
- Fried calamari breading was very bitter (like way too old grease). I threw half that out after trying to like it and sharing with others who weren't impressed. That was a waste of $8.
- We sat for 15+ min done eating, and a while after I asked for a box before we were offered our check
- I'm not a fan of the sauce they drowned my red snapper meat in, but others may like it. I wiped it off mostly

Last time i was here, service was horrible so i decided to try again tonight. Service was amazing, the food was pretty good. I have no complaints.
