Somehow they messed up my appointment then tried to blame me for it. I was told I never scheduled one even though I had a time and date for it. Someone clearly didnt input the appointment into whatever system they use.

The vet is professional, however the receptionist is not professional at all. Even the first visit had to wait for hours due to emergency, as a former vet assistant which i can understand.
However, for the second visit. I call on Jan 11 around 10am to schedule an appointment for my kitty second vaccine. They said they are fully book till next Friday (1/22). So I made an appointment at 3:40pm that day. When I arrived they said they do not have any record of the appointment and there is nothing she can do today, other then reschedule it to next week. I have to take a day off for the appointment

I needed to bring my pet in for vaccinations. They told me she had to be sedated for the visit. They said it was CDC guidelines for every animal. Though Id understand if it was a troublesome pet, but mine isnt (shes 10). I didnt want to do it but I was afraid of breaking the guideline. I called around to several vets and they never heard of it. I also did research online. Nothing. I dont like to be lied to, so if I couldnt trust their word, I really cant trust them with my pet. I canceled.
