Doctor Barnett is a figurative artist, both in the operating room and in the studio! His paintings and sculpture cover many subject matter, but tend to emphasize the human figure. Self taught, he began painting as a child. While at Yale, and again at Johns Hopkins, he produced art on a commission basis.

She returned to her Patient Counselor position with Dr. Barnett a number of years ago after a seven-year relocation to Southern California where she worked in the same role.
