I've had a great experience here. I've gotten one laptop repaired and one with a hard drive upgrade. They have reasonable prices and good service with no issues. I'd recommend them for either a repair or an upgrade to your machine.

I spilled a ton of coffee on my laptop and these guys were able to get me in for an appointment that afternoon. They were very realistic about what they could do to potentially repair it and what it would take to repair it cost wise. They were also very communicative over the course of the week that they had it, called several times with updates and did their best to explain what was going on in non-computer person language. As it turned out, the coffee absolutely ruined the whole laptop and the guys were very communicative about what they could do with that knowledge and wound up advising that
