Lynn Engineering is a windstorm, structural and civil engineering firm specializing in private and public residential, commercial and infrastructure development projects on the Texas Gulf Coast. Formerly known as Lynn & Associates, Lynn Engineering was founded by Stuart A. Lynn, P.E. in 2008.
In the early years, Lynn & Associates' primary focus was to assist residential contractors and homeowners throughout Matagorda, Calhoun and Brazoria counties with their Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) windstorm certifications.Two years later, in 2013, Lynn & Associates acquired Sample Engineering of Corpus Christi, Texas.

But not every repair requires an inspection. Nonstructural interior fixtures, cabinets, nonloadbearing partitions, surfaces, trims, or equipment repair or replacement.
