I recently had a great experience with Matt at Gordon James Fine Jewelry. I went in with a broken chain and a cleaning of my wedding ring. I picked up my ring and chain just 4- 5 days later. I was the recipient of the most amazing engagement ring from Gordon James Fine Diamonds! My fiancé worked with Matt and his experience could not have been better. Matt made him feel so comfortable and made the process so easy. I had previously gone in to tell Matt, Gordon and Gretchen what I liked. What I received was more than I could have imagined! They really know their stuff! They helped me pick out and design a custom engagement ring based on several pictures off the internet and it turned out beautifully. They also did an incredible job helping my fiancee and I design her wedding band. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient. They did not try to push us to do anything, but gave us a wide range of options and suggestions and the final wedding band turned out magnificent!

Though I didn't make the purchase myself, I was a recipient of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL engagement ring in the world. My fiance chose it himself and knew exactly what I wanted in a ring- he ended up getting me something totally different then I wanted and I could NOT have picked out a better ring myself.
