Kate has been an important part of my recovery effort after getting COVID and having lingering symptoms. She steadily holds her understanding of herbs, acupuncture and lifestyle choices and offers me her knowledge in a way that my body can ease into, bringing deep health into my daily life. Though I've known Kate for twenty years, I only just went to her as a patient for the first time, and she was incredible. Given what I've known about Kate's intellect, passions and character, I'm not surprised that she delivered a superlative treatment. She took great care to get to the root of my malady, and attended to other things that needed attention. She was gentle and kind and thorough. I've been receiving acupuncture for thirty years, and her treatment was one of the best.

I went to Kate the day before I was 39 weeks pregnant and had a multitude of issues including insomnia. She listened to what I had to say and I was very impressed with her knowledge of Chinese Medicine. After my first visit, I instantly felt better and that night was able to sleep.I saw Kate the following day and had immediate energy. Overall, I'm amazed.
