Services
Massage Therapy
Our massage therapy integrates Swedish, deep tissue, and medical techniques to alleviate pain, improve circulation, and reduce stress. Specialized treatments target conditions like fibromyalgia and sports injuries, combining cupping and trigger point release for chronic pain management. Ideal for athletes and individuals seeking recovery or relaxation in a calming environment.
Trigger Point Injections
Trigger point injections use natural Sarapin to target painful muscle knots in areas like the neck, back, and shoulders. This treatment addresses conditions such as migraines and sciatica by interrupting pain signals. Administered by trained providers, it offers steroid-free relief with no side effects, complementing physical therapy for long-term recovery.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture stimulates meridian points using needles or pressure to balance qi energy, treating musculoskeletal pain, infertility, and stress disorders. Brittney Finnegan, NCCAOM-certified, combines Chinese medicine with energy modalities for personalized care, including facial acupuncture and women's health. Effective for chronic pain and holistic wellness.
Reiki Healing
Reiki channels life-force energy through hands-on techniques to reduce stress and promote emotional and physical healing. Practitioners like Annie Gee, a Reiki Master Teacher, use this Japanese method to rebalance energy blockages, enhance well-being, and support spiritual growth in a relaxing, meditative setting.
Lash Extensions
Custom lash extensions from Esthetics Oasis Studio add volume and length, eliminating the need for mascara. Options include natural, hybrid, and mega lashes applied with hypoallergenic adhesive. Services prioritize safety with patch tests and aftercare guidance to maintain extensions for 2-3 weeks, offering a low-maintenance beauty solution.

My dad has been going to Path of Wellness for a while and I just went last week after feeling extremely stressed and tense. The staff was extremely nice and the massage therapist was excellent! She was mindful of my trigger points and focused on the areas of my body that were bothering me the most. I will definitely be back!

This place is incredible! I live locally which I am so thankful for because this is the only place I now go to for massages. I used to see Nicole before she left and now I see Kristin at least once a month and she is a GOD SENT. I have chronic pain in my shoulders and neck, likely from my career as a nurse and she is the only one that helps me find relief. Every therapist is screened by the owner Kristin and each and every single one of them is incredibly gifted. My fianc has been to Nancy and one other therapist (I do not know her name unfortunately) but both therapists have provided relief

I have been going to Path of Wellness now for a out 6 years. I am a Nurse and athlete so my body is physically stressed all the time. Going for massages has helped tremendously with recovery time of my muscles. Recently path of wellness began to take insurance for massages and other services they provide, so I have taken full advantage of that! I also recommend that if you want a relaxing date idea to book a couples massage ! All the staff there provide amazing service and are super friendly.

I first sought help from Path of Wellness for a muscle spasm in my back that made it hard to breathe. They were able to get me in that day and, thanks to Dianne, I walked out healed. The office is very clean and calming. Kristin, the owner, is lovely and always accommodating. Would not go anywhere else.

I went in to my massage in a lot of pain. My reason for massage was shoulder and arm pain. Maggie saw me and worked an hour to get me comfortable. It took a long time but before the hour was done I felt relief. Today I woke up a different person. She really worked out the knot that I had. Looking forward to a follow up massage next Saturday. Thank you Maggie!!
