Although it is difficult to establish a set fee structure that works for every home, every time, here is the framework from which our prices are formulated. The price for a typical, standard, 3/2 or 4/2 block or wood frame home, Home Inspection are as follows. WDO (Termite) Inspections are priced at $100.00 if performed during a standard Home Inspection, or $150.00 if this is the only Inspection you need.
