Hammersmith Structures is a custom home builder and general contractor in Northern Colorado with more than 15 years in the business. We're based in Fort Collins, but we've built custom homes in Loveland, Timnath, Windsor - all around Northern Colorado. We specialize in the design-build of high-end custom homes, as well as the design and completion of extensive residential remodels and unique commercial tenant finishes.

When possible, we prefer to work as a design-build contractor. This process teams up the architect, the engineers, and the contractor from the beginning and allows us all as a group to immediately design a project that coincides with the owner's budget and expectations. Design-build involves beginning with the end in mind to discover the owners' needs, desires, and budget, then planning accordingly.
