Due to the demand for his quality services, previously, he had expanded the Imperial Physical Therapy services in three more facilities throughout the Imperial Valley cities of Calexico, El Centro, and Brawley. Later he closed the previous Brawley office, and moved the El Centro office to the new location on 1698 Cruickshank Dr., Suite A, El Centro, CA 92243.
