I have been here for one year, the location is great, very close to market square and point park. The apartment is nice and clean with a good view at an affordable price. The management office answers fast as well as maintenance.

Owners are very rude....I was at an appointment at the salon in the building and on my way out when I recieved an important phone call. While speaking on my phone by the steps, I was told by security I needed to leave and was loitering. I was standing there for 5 minutes....I have been a client at the salon for years and for the "management" of this building to tell me I am loitering by taking a call on my way out from an appointment is preposterous. I have sympathy for anyone who resides and/or has to work in this building for these ridiculous people.
