They never disappoint. Dr. B, Dr. Cook and the rest of the staff are wonderful. I have never had a bad experience, always accommodating, very friendly service, excellent care of all my fur babies, and response to emergencies are outstanding. They always take the time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed, even on phone calls. Very highly recommended.

Took my Kiki for a behavioral consult and to be certain she wasn't in any pain and she has been sneezing and gagging. Vet was awesome. So we're all of the nurses, helpers, receptionist. Everyone was pleasant and happy and helpful.

I had a very sick kitten. They got me in right away. Doctor Carter was amazing along with the vet techs and all the staff. Not Only did they take excellent care but they remember all the history and who we were on our follow up visit. Dr Carter called several times to check on the kittens status as well as the other cat I brought in. Thankfully we are confident that they will all make a healthy recovery. I am so grateful to Chittenango animal hospital.

Not really one for words, but I really have absolutely nothing but phenomenal words for the staff at Chittenango Animal Hospital! I’m very thankful that Rigsby has such a great veterinarian 🐾❤️🐾
