I moved here with my two babies on September 29th, 2021. Cynthia was very professional in helping with the moving. She called me anytime to process the papers and hand me the keys 🔑 on a moving day. She has been very professional and helpful.

I LOVED living at The Dream. Wow, what a ride. I moved into Dream Apartments in the beginning of 2017 and it became my home from day 1. I fell in love with the name Dream and of course the gorgeous living spaces. That was my first time being able to afford something nice, as a new immigrant to this country. I had so many aspirations and dreams, and DREAM was what I was looking for to be that safe home where I could achieve all of that. I definitely am a blessed woman to have found this complex.

I’m moving out soon but I love living here. The apartments are clean and safe and the staff is really responsive and cordial and have always helped with any issues, specially Francisco, the nice sir with the nice mustache.
I’ve never had any issues with neighbors and my lease and my life here has been nothing but smooth!

We lived here for about a year and a half and the whole time it's been lack of communication. I hesitated writing this but I am really fed up and would not someone else to go though the same.
I think the biggest issue is management and not being to communicate. Any time we've needed a maintenance order taken care of it's been a problem. Whether it's not getting a response from them about when someone will show up to them showing up and not letting us know. They've gone inside without us knowing only for us to come home to our apartment with a note from them on our stove

For the year I lived here, Dream was a quite and safe community, with plenty of parking, and friendly residents. But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. Management here is a big issue.
1. Maintenance work orders are not taken care of within the time frame given. I get it, things come up, but when it happens every time, that's not okay. It's just excuse after excuse. A week without a functioning washer is not acceptable.
2. Communication is non-existent. Residents shouldn't have to constantly call the office to follow up with the office to make sure maintenance orders are

Update: reply to management's reply regarding the Fauna Graveyard.
Las Vegas has certainly been hot for the past couple of weeks, as it usually is in summer. I don't see dead plants on other properties or parks.
Besides, the plants were withering long before that. I've been living here for a few years now and this is the first time I've seen dead plants everywhere.
Plus, if I see any sprinklers at all anymore (rare) they are either watering the cement or only coming on for an hour or so during the day.
Perhaps instead of working closely with your current gardeners, you need

Thank God this is my last month in this condo, the worst experience I have had in my life was this place, feet everything is always broken, it takes centuries to come to fix something, and today I wake up with the hot news that someone have stolen all the tires of my car, I wonder, where is the security that they offer us, the we pay for day one that we move to this place, incredible what they charge you in this place and you have no security whatsoever. It is not the first time that I see cars that have vandalized like mine and many more robberies and nobody responds for this and since you arrive

Ok so let's just start by saying I've been here for a year and this just happens to me. This was the last drop on the cup. When you first come in here everything looks good but the problem it's that it's just not. Everything breaks constantly everything it's cheap I have pictures when I first move and how they charge you with a cleaning fee and everything is dirty I had orange soda all over the stair and sealing. And maintenance takes forever to come and fix anything the sinks are always stuck every month the have to come and fix it. And on top of that my mother in law

I am currently relocating to Las Vegas from out of state. I called to gather information about these apartments because I loved the pictures from what I saw online. The first guy gathered all my information and said he'd have someone call me back, no one ever called back. I called yesterday thinking maybe they got busy, however the man who answered said , we got your information but " all the information about the apartments is online, if you just scroll down it tells you what the prices are and availability" Not all the information is online, otherwise I wouldn't be calling

I have been living here for a month and a half. The apartment looks great on the surface but once you sign that lease it's all downhill from there. The first issue we never saw our actual apartment. We only saw the layout. So when we moved in we were surprised by the unwanted carpet in the bedrooms that we knew nothing about until we already signed the lease.

Best service, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm welcomes as though I was meant to be here all along. Clean apartments, nice staff, great amenities!

You know how usually the dreaded maintenance man comes in and "fixes things" only to leave and find out there is not 100 more things broken?!?!
Well not at this complex! The maintenance team was so great to us and every time we had an issue they were there immediately and fixed the problem correctly.
Special notice to James who was usually the one to come fix things for us.. always super friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable!!

This place has become my home for over 2 years now and I have renewed for another year. First of all, let me start by saying, that I am a very picky person when it comes to finding a place to live and feel comfortable there, however, the dream has managed to truly become a home to me. I am so thankful for the new management takeover, even though the previous management did their best as well, the new team has definitely overachieved. The community has become more clean, organized and looked after

I've been a resident at dream Apartments since December 2018 The property was well-kept at the time West Corp still owned The property. Pinnacle living is now the management group responsible for dream apartmentI. The management team they have here are not fit to hold the positions that they're in.
Because I wrote a review which wasn't in favor of the property I am now being retaliated against.. they went as far as a non-renewal of lease.. and refusal to give me my security deposit back in full.. and didn't give me proper or adequate time for removal notice.. I am both mortified
