A thorough site review prior to beginning a design is key to a successful integration of lot and home. After meeting with a client to understand their "wants and needs" and how they "live" in their home, KRA presents an initial design concept.

KRA offers complete architecture services to commercial, residential, governmental, institutional, and hospitality clientele. During schematic design and design development, we work with our clients to determine a project's style and theme, which will be incorporated into working images.
Upon client approval, drawing are converted into a permittable construction document set, which includes full detailing of the floor, ceiling, door, electrical, and mechanical plans and schedules.KRA provides maser planning services for residential commercial projects. Recently, we completed the design and development of Berkley Place on Buckwalter Parkway, a $25 million mixed use commercial development in Bluffton, SC.

Our Palmetto Bluff Experience

In 2002, Jen and I decided to make the big leap and make Bluffton, SC our new home. Coming from the quiet east end of Long Island, Bluffton reminded me a lot of where I grew up. I wanted this to be our town where we would start a family, enjoy our time with neighbors and eventually grow old together.

We used KRA for our new build on Hilton Head Island this past year. They were extremely easy to work with. They took our requests and input and created a wonderful home for us. We are thrilled with the end result. Questions and concerns were handled promptly. I would recommend them to others who are considering a new build.
