Alex was able to remove a stain that ran the length of our hallway - a stain that several other cleaning services attempted and failed to remove. Alex was transparent about the fact he could not guarantee the treatment would remove the stain, and he pointed out that the chemicals previously used may not have been the best for the carpet. After he applied the treatment it was clear that he was skilled in his trade and extremely competent. The board members of our HOA did not believe that it was possible but within an hour of the treatment the rug had been restored and the stain fully removed. Alex

They did an amazing job. They were able to get stains out of my furniture from my ill pet that even they didn't think would come out. It looks practically new. I will definitely use their service again when I need it.
