Leading By Example is guided by our philosophy of holistic wellness and works through the collaboration of all in-house programs. Leading By Example will utilize mental health treatment and education services to produce healing and restoration for our clients and their community.
Our Space

LBE's headquarters and Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) are located in Nottingham, MD. We recently built and renovated our offices to best serve our clients during the treatment process. We have several therapy rooms that are spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. Our promise is service with excellence, so we want to make sure our clients have the best experience in the best environment.
Therapy and Medication Management

LBE's Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) is a free-standing clinic and is the newest extension of our mission to improve the quality of life for children, individuals and families. The OMHC offers psychiatric evaluations and medication management services in exploration of the best treatment modality to support clients.
Community-based Support

PRP services are provided to individuals living with mental illness and help those individuals and their families to manage their lives effectively. The PRP services for minors (age 5-18) involves 3-4 one hour visits focusing on that individual's treatment plan through on- and off- site services and specific activities.
Targeted Case Management TCM

Leading By Example's Harford County Targeted Case Management Services are provided to assist participants in gaining access to needed medical, mental health, social, educational, and other services. The primary goal is to ensure needs are met and participants are stabilized without the need for higher levels of care.
