Rosemary was amazing for me. As soon as I contacted her for a position she was able to find me something within a couple of weeks. She handles everything for you as far as negotiating your salary. She handled the entire process for me and all I had to do was interview for the position. I love her style of job placement because she makes sure up front that the position is right for you and doesn't send you on "wild goose chases" like a lot of other staffing firms do. We recently expanded our medical practice and needed to increase our work force substantially. I don't know what I would have done without Rosemary and Stephanie! Reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews with candidates around their schedules logistically takes up a lot of time. I love that I could tell them what positions we were hiring for and what locations, and they lined up strong candidates for us. It really eliminates a lot of the hassle.
