Hello, I'm the founder, owner, and chief inspector of Good Counsel Home Inspections a local New Jersey Home Inspections Company. I grew up in a family that was always involved in one aspect or another of the building process. My grandfather was a mason who built his own home in Blackwood, NJ after WWII.

Detched structures will not be inspected as part of the home inspection unless an inspection is specifically requested. Fees for detached structures will be assessed individually. Thorough inspection of the home including roof, exterior, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, ventilation, interior finishes, structure, plumbing, heating, garages or carports to the home, and more.@
