Brian H Yoon, DMD

Dr. Yoon grew up in Andover, MA and graduated from Andover High School in 1997. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Lehigh University in 2000 and his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. He practiced as an associate dentist in Western Massachusetts and Connecticut before returning to his hometown to open his new practice.

At your initial visit we will complete a comprehensive examination and provide treatment recommendations an options if needed. This includes a thorough review of medical and dental history, evaluation of x-rays and digital photographs, and a clinical examination of the teeth, gums, and head and neck region.

We accept most traditional insurance plans such as Delta Dental and Blue Cross. We also participate with many networked insurance plans such as Metlife, Aetna, Cigna, and more. We are happy to look up details of your individual dental plan and educate you on how your coverage works. We will also process and submit claims to your insurance company directly from our office.

Teeth can gradually darken and discolor over time. Often this is the result of stains from pigmented foods, drinks like coffee or tea, or tobacco products that have absorbed into the enamel of the teeth. Products like whitening toothpastes and rinses can be useful for removing surface stains, but usually a professional whitening procedure is required to remove the deeper stains and truly change the shade of the teeth.

Many patients are interested in straightening their teeth, but want to avoid wearing traditional braces. Clear orthodontic aligners offer our patients a way to address minor orthodontic issues in a more convenient, comfortable, and cosmetic way. After collecting and studying models, images, and radiographs of the teeth and jaws, patients are made a series of clear plastic aligners which are worn on the teeth.
