This is the most unprofessional dentist office in Lancaster! I keep giving them chances because they are conveniently by my house. I been there 3 or 4 times. Each time I have waited over an hour in the waiting room then waited for another 30-45 minutes in the chair waiting on the dentist. Then try to rush with the procedure in my mouth. Horrible experience EVERYTIME I COME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!!!

Dr. Gupta is an awesome dentist. I have been coming to her now since 2018. She listens to her patients and is always concerned about their overall well-being. Her staff are always very friendly and attentive to your needs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a local dentist.

Lashaundra was amazing!! She made me feel right at home. She is super sweet and a great listener. The girls at the front were also very welcoming. I love bringing my children here!!!! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Makes you feel very welcome. Plus, they do an AWESOME job and my kids enjoy their visit everytime. I have been seeing Dr. Gupta since they opened. She is truly amazing. I just finished a round of work that with any other dentist I probably wouldn’t have wanted to finish, but she made it easy. Since I’ve met her she has always made me feel comfortable when I told her that coming to the dentist always makes me anxious. She never made me feel embarrassed about that. I just told her last night that she’s the only dentist in life that I’ve stayed with this long. She’s so nice and she truly makes your time with her delightful. I have been a dental client at Lancaster Family Smiles for over three years, but that all changed tonight. I had a 5:30 p.m appointment, and still had not been seen at 7:30 p.m. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. After working twelve hours, my time is valuable. Also, are we not still in a pandemic? I don't care if the cases and deaths are… decreasing, safety protocols should still be followed. I stood in the corner near the door, almost the entire time I was there. There were entirely too many people in the waiting room, and temperatures weren't getting checked, nor sanitizer used

Everyone was very friendly, I was seen quickly, and I loved that they laid out the charges and out-of-pocket price before my appointment even started.
The dentist took good care of me and so did the lovey Miss Brooke, who afterwards walked me through my financial options and helped me understand/set up a payment plan. Go for the dental work, stay for Brooke!

This was an amazing, blessed experience. Dr. Gupta and her team do ALL they can to ensure you receive the best service with kindness and smiles. They do not mind putting in the footwork. The operations manager, Brooke Thompson, makes sure you leave with a full understanding of all associated costs and treatment plan. She reviews the paperwork line… by line. She makes sure she knows what your insurance will or will not pay for as well as assist with options to cover the portion you’re responsible for but without pressure of pushing you into a high interest credit situation. This was hands down the cleanest, friendliest and the nicest dental office I've ever been to. Everything in the office is state of the art and Dr Gupta and Dr Goel are very knowledgeable dentists, who will go beyond and above to make patients comfortable.
