I absolutely live this place! I joined in September and it was THE BEST FITNESS DECISION I'VE MADE ALL YEAR!
ARNOLD IS MY PERSONAL TRAINER WITH A SET SCHEDULE AND HE HAS TAUGHT ME SO MUCH. ARNOLD TAILORS MY TRAINING TO MY GOALS, MY STRENGTH AND MY WEAKNESSES. MY BODY IS CONTINUES TO TRANFORM AS MY MUSCLES HAVE GROWN AND MY OVERALL STRENGTH HAS DEFINITELY INCREASE. I FEEL GOOD ABOUT MY SESSIONS COMING AND GOING, THE GYM ATMOSPHERE IS POSITIVE WITH AN ARRAY OF MUSIC PLAYING TO KEEP YOU MOVING! I ENJOY THE SAUNA AND THE STEAM ROOM, I HAVEN'T UTILIZED THE POOL BUT ITS THERE...LOL

Well, well, well - if it isn't my old friend. We have decided to go with another company that has been in a relationship for a long while and we are going here for the next few days to make sure we are all on the same site as soon as we get a ping and we can do a little bit more for the update on our site as 333333 and we are currently working with the new content on our site for a while and we have a few things to consider when the new year is going on for a last meeting and I are going through the same thing and I am not sure if you want to do see this is just an opportunity that we are not

Terrible rates if youre trying to get new people such as myself interested. 25$ for a day, 70$ for a week? No thank you.

The new place is great!! But as for the pool and the girls bathrooms the gym FOR SURE NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING, I love love this gym but it looks like it hasnt been cleaned since the other gym was there.
Update: the pool is clean now.
