The Full Service Menu options include: menu planning, delivery of the food, on site buffet coordination, two staff to setup the buffet table with warming chafers, chafing fuel, serving utensils, disposable plates, napkins, forks, silk flower decorations, serve and handle food rotation, buffet table cleanup, packing of any remaining food with containers and event garbage collection (removal not included).

Question - How much in advance would I need to book an event or catering? Answer - It is best to book your event about 4 weeks in advance. It also depends on the size of your order, please contact us for availability. May-September is our peak season and events should be booked several months in advanced to ensure availability.
