Working in the industry myself and later in management, I observed these tactics being used and even saw them encouraged in the field.

Somewhere along the way I realized that the Portland and Vancouver area needed a better option for pest control services. My wife and I decided to create that option. We named our new company "New Leaf" because we wanted to signify a fresh start on how pest control service should be.
