Ive been living in Canterbury for over an year. The neighborhood is save, no difficulties parking you car. The apartments might look luxury from the outside but form the inside is below average. However, its spacious. Appliances( heating, cooling, dishwasher and refrigerator) are really noisy. And wall isolation is not that good. Electric bill is really expensive last month was around $200 with minimal use. It seems there something wrong on estimating the bill.

I just wanna say, one of the best experiences Ive had start to finish. Emily Church helped me figure out how to pay off my balance after my dog left it a mess. She was extremely understanding and listened to all my concerns about the move out inspection. One of the nicest people Ive ever met and made the moving out process super easy.

Ive lived here nearly 4 years and thus far, its been one of the best places Ive ever lived. Its quiet, peaceful and it feels very safe to me. Maintenance has always been performed promptly and theyre really nice as well. The staff in the office has been amazing for me through this Covid affair and I really appreciate their patience, professionalism and understanding. love.it.here!!
