PARKING AND VEHICLES: Residents will have ample parking space solely for the purpose of parking automobiles. Any automobile owned by the resident shall be parked in a manner as not to obstruct the normal flow of traffic, access to and use of the apartment buildings. Any second vehicle shall be parked in the resident's driveway.
