Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy programs focus on restoring movement and strength post-injury through evidence-based techniques. Highly trained therapists design individualized regimens incorporating advanced tools like the Bioness Vector to enhance neuroplasticity and functional recovery. This targeted approach addresses coordination, balance, and motor skills deficits while prioritizing patient safety and gradual progress.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy services help patients regain independence in daily activities through structured skill-building exercises. Therapists specialize in adapting tasks to individual capabilities while utilizing assistive technologies. Programs emphasize practical applications for personal care, household management, and vocational reintegration, ensuring measurable improvements in patients' ability to perform essential life functions.
Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy leverages water's therapeutic properties to facilitate low-impact rehabilitation. Specialized equipment and controlled pool environments allow patients to practice movements with reduced joint stress. This modality enhances muscle strength, range of motion, and cardiovascular conditioning while providing sensory stimulation that supports neurological recovery in a supportive setting.
Outpatient Residential Program
Our Outpatient Residential Program offers structured living environments combined with daily therapy sessions for sustained recovery. Patients receive 24/7 supervision while participating in multidisciplinary treatment plans that include medical monitoring, psychological support, and community reintegration activities. This transitional option balances independence with professional care during later recovery phases.
Community Integration
Community integration services facilitate patients' transition back into social, professional, and civic environments. Programs include real-world skill practice, public transportation training, and vocational counseling. Therapists collaborate with local organizations to create opportunities for meaningful engagement while addressing situational challenges through gradual exposure and problem-solving strategies.

Today was my first day, I am here to tell you this place is amazing. My therapist Tisha is awesome! She worked me out good. I feel this is the best decision I could of made to get my life back. Water therapy is the way to go for me. I'm actually excited to go back. They are super friendly there.I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Aqua Zumba ...I do NOT recommend it.
0 stars
The 5 stars is for H2O...ONLY.
H2O location is awesome, great parking, it's for PT and rehab...it's a nice new facility with good equipment and amenities.
REVIEW is part 2 of "Aqua Zumba "
soo, I originally paid for 5 classes and I've now completed 3. (hindsight fail)
Now, all of you know that Zumba is fast dance moves, right? Starts out high impact then eventually slows its pace, correct?
Ok...so, tell me, how does a teacher justify teaching water Zumba without:
1) getting into the pool
2) without

I just finished a round of physical therapy for a compressed disc at Tideway. Today was "graduation" day. I have nothing but good to say about this place. My therapist, Tisha Enriquez, was awesome. She was patient and gentle, but still encouraging enough to force me to do things that didn't feel so great when I first started. And by the end of my six weeks, I was doing them almost perfect - well, ok, not perfect, but definitely made a big improvement! I was quite proud of myself as a 70+ year old! The pool was clean and a perfect temperature for spring. The equipment was easy to

I was inpatient for 4 months post stroke and in retrospect it did everything they said. I have lived independently of my family for 4 years and able to do pretty much everything on a daily basis on my own. I have roommates in case of emergency and because of the cost of living on disability income, but they made it possible for me to be ready for the world.

I have been an on and off client for several years. These folks are great. Whenever my doctor recommends physical therapy, I ask to go here.
Martye and her team are professional, helpful and pleasant to be around. She runs a tight ship, so the place is always clean and well maintained. Some patients have major physical needs and some minor, but the staff always gives the best care. Water therapy is so much better than land PT in my opinion. I highly recommend this place.
