Elemental Taekwondo was founded in 2010. It began as an after school program in Magna, UT and blossomed into a full-fledged martial arts school. Elemental Taekwondo has been run in various locations, including Utah, Idaho, and New Jersey. Elemental Taekwondo is devoted to teaching students of all ages and abilities.

We'll be covering lots of curriculum to give everyone something new to learn and help improve their sparring game, regardless of what your skill level currently is. Olympic sparring is the official sport and fighting style of World Taekwondo. It is held during every Summer Olympics season. Olympic sparring takes advantage of Taekwondo's kicking proficiency, emphasizing mid-range kicks to the body and head.
