Long story short, Mick, had us back on the road with a new alternator in less then 2 hours. He was honest and straightforward about other concerns we had regarding our 2003 avalanche. Can't say enough nice things about the impromptu situation. Wish we had a shop like his in Arkansas. Hands down the most honest and talented mechanic in town.
Listen, it's next to impossible to find a mechanic who isn't in it for themselves and short sighted. This place is great. My boyfriend took his car to this shop and we were warmly greeted and even got a tour of the facility. Mickey took us back into the shop and let us look underthe car and pointed out exactly what was going and what he was going to do to fix it.
