At the moment we only manage properties inside the Villages, but depending on the property, we can expand the service to outside the Villages. Our services are for Landlords who don't want to hassle with all the details and duties involved with managing rental property.

I began my real estate career in 2004 as an assistant to the broker/owner of Hewitt Real Estate, a small boutique real estate company primarily serving the Villages Golf & Country Club, with an office conveniently located right outside the Villages gate. I was unlicensed at the time but quickly realized that I loved real estate, so in June of 2005 I obtained my salesperson real estate license.
