Dr. Kyler saw my two year old son at the recommendation of our pediatrician. She was so good with him, and as a result he was relaxed and happy the entire time and she was able to complete a thorough examit was so smooth and easy. The office was timely in following up with the results of his exam. Wed highly recommend Urbandale Eye Care and Dr. Kyler for pediatric (and all other!) appointments!

Dr Kyler is the best Optometrist Ive ever received an eye exam from. She is patient and caring and was able to help me understand what she was learning about my eyes throughout the exam. She has also been amazing for my children. I strongly recommend her.

Highly recommend this office, as entire family has received the best of care past couple of years. Dr. Kyler is extremely patient and caring, never in a rush and takes the time to explain things in detail. Everyone on staff is professional, courteous and helpful

Watch your bill! They will promise discounts to get you to spend money and then not credit them on your bill!!! Paid for a new pair of glass (with insurance) and a new pair of lenses for existing frames (out of pocket) - nearly $800 paid in advance. Glasses were never ordered! I waited three weeks and then called to check on them - and was told by the staff that I had not been in the office since last year! When I mentioned the charge to my card - they were finally able to find my visit and this is how it was discovered that the glasses had never been ordered! If I hadn't called I'd still be waiting
