I would like to update my review: Dr. Hillinski
Make sure you read all the reviews and see what happens when it doesn't go exactly as planned. I write this because I still get messages from my original post, from his patients. He doesn't care for his patients properly. If things go wrong he'll brush the person off... maybe because it'll cost him time and/or money... or he's unable to resolve the challenge. No matter the reason, think long and hard before you decide to trust this person.

Dr. Hilinski is phenomenal! I had macrotia surgery and I'm amazed at the results. My ears are now petite and perfect. I hadn't known this surgery was possible until I found Dr. Hilinski. Traveling across the country, I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Hilinski immediately put me at ease and his staff are all really friendly and helpful. The surgery itself was done with a local, during which I felt very relaxed. Afterwards, discomfort was minimal; I took one pain pill that evening and didn't need any after that. I had a very bad experience with this doctor. I had extensive work done on my face and neck; face/ neck lift , fat transfer, laser. After undergoing 7 hours of surgery, this Doctor didn't bother to call to check on me. a. I had excessive swelling and my caretaker/nurse had to call it in. Then after initial swelling went away, I had pockets of swelling and wrinkling around my mouth. I live out of state, so I spoke to him several times and had a few virtual visits. Covid hit and I had to wait it out. Now, just recently I tried to follow up. He recommended a non-invasive skin tightening

I have been going too them for a decade for Botox and am very happy, I start with Dr Hilinski now I see Kelly she is excellent. As I age I appreciate the help and planning for longer term maintenance, as I always say I'm not getting older I just getting more expensive to maintain.

I got a nose surgery with Dr Hillinski and it was so smooth, easy and very painless. It's been almost 2 years and I just did my last check up with him and he made sure it was perfect before letting me go! He also makes sure it doesn't look fake! If you have any questions let me know!
