Duct cleaning: Work includes cleaning entire lineal length of ductwork including drops and rises, cleaning any internal components associated with the ducts (such as fire dampers, sound attenuators, turning vanes, volume dampers) removing and cleaning/disinfecting all grilles and registers (vent covers), replace all vents in the same way they were removed, and clean up after ourselves.

AHU cleaning: Work includes removing, cleaning/disinfecting the blower motor small units. Medium and large units are cleaned in place), cleaning heat exchangers, cleaning both sides of the evaporative coil(s), cleaning the housing of the coil and blower, and re-assembling of the unit. VAV's will all be cleaned (if/when applicable) in place.

Scope of work for commercial applications includes but is not limited to: Cleaning of HVAC duct systems, air handling equipment, and all airflow devices.
Duct and Air Handler Re-Insulation

Standard AHU re-insulation: This will typically include reinsulation in the blower and coil housing, and again will use a closed-cell insulation. This is a great service to add when completing a full AHU clean-out. Will not contaminate your nice clean system and indoor air, with fiberglass particulates that blow off with air flow in typical insulations.
