From the start John was great! He was thorough and detailed in his inspection. He communicated everything with me throughout the whole process and after! He let me ask all of my many questions and bring up any concerns with the house. John is very nice, honest and a humble guy. He is really good at what he does and loves to help people in the process. The inspection report was sent back to me the same day as the inspection!! He’s very punctual and stands by his word. Can’t say enough positive things about hiring him for the inspection. I highly recommend him!

John was amazing to work with. He was able to inspect the home and deliver a report within 24 hours of first contact, he answered all questions with knowledgeable answers you could tell were gained from years of experience, he was very kind and respectful and took time to explain things to me (as I am not a handyman/DIY kind of person), and he did all this at a very good price. Also, you could 110% tell he genuinely cared about making sure I was getting the best purchase I could; despite knowing of me for less than 24 hours, I knew I could trust him! We would recommend John Renken for any home inspections you need done. We definitely would not buy a home today without getting an inspection - just the wise and prudent thing to do. Hired John to do the inspection after considering the qualifications of several other inspectors as well. Hired him after review of his solid certifications, qualifications, experience and recommendations.
