Grow Wellness is a one of a kind integrative therapy center located in Ridgefield, Connecticut. We provide many modalities of therapeutic massage, reiki healing, and holistic treatments. Within the Grow Wellness center, western and eastern medicine meet with grace to create a customizable, healing experience for our community.

Kathleen is a licensed advanced massage therapist, reiki master teacher, yoga instructor, meditation guide, wellness educator and herbal product designer with a passion for the healing arts and helping others through their journeys.
She has certifications in myofascial release, aromatherapy, energy healing, and advanced cupping therapy as well as holds a Summa Cum Laude double bachelor degree in International Studies and Psychology from the University of New Mexico.She was a Positive Psychology mentor and teaching assistant through college and continues as a Positive Psychology scholar to this day.
