Fort Worth Golf offers the golfer a quality, enjoyable, safe and comprehensive golf program through four municipally owned golf courses, promoting golf as a lifetime sport. Each course has a unique layout and is designed to challenge every level of skill. The City provides facilities to promote golf skills, individual and group lessons, organizational services for tournaments, support for golf associations based at each course with the opportunity for tournament play on a regular basis.

Pecan Valley Golf Course
Report
Originally designed by Golf Course Architect Ralph Plummer in 1963, there are two 18 hole golf courses separated by the Clear Fork of the Trinity River. The "River" Course, considered one of the top municipal courses in Texas, plays to 6,100 yards from the Regular (White) Tees and can be extended to 6,600 yards from the Championship (Blue) Tees.

Junior/Senior-Rates/Passes: In effect all day on weekdays and when mid-day rates are in effect on weekends and holidays. Primary Pass-holder, spouse/partner and up to two children 17 or younger living at home. May be required to show proof of residency. Access to Rockwood Park GC weekdays and after 10am on weekends and Holidays.

Meadowbrook Golf Association

The Meadowbrook Golf Association (MBGA) was formed in 1978 and is open to any amateur, may or female, 18 years of age and older. The association plays on Saturdays throughout the year, totaling between 22 to 26 events annually. Currently there are approximately 220 members and each Saturday event will average between 40 to 100 players depending on the time of year and the format of the event.
