Place is nasty... Totally unprofessional staff-management are rude and nosey. Bug city and drug city ! for the price on the outskirts of Vista too not worth the rent price.

Management changes almost every couple of months. Theres a big problem with cockroaches and mice. Not worth it.

Been here 10 years. Different property manager every year or so since day 1. Old apartments they charge for water in the rent. I live alone and I'm charges the same amount as a tenant with 6 or more people. They illegally allow and rent to more people per apartment than the law requires in California per square feet. Rent is raised wbeey year this place isn't worth the $1450 o pay a month for a 2 bedroom. Don't waste your money or time, they care only about making money and renting to low life's who don't follow the rules.

If I could give zero I would. Cockroaches,rats and termites. Multiple families living in one small apartment. Management is a joke. If you go to the court house multiple lawsuits on hazardous to health violations are listed. Find a better place to live I wouldn't waist your time.
