Our San Marcos apartments housing contracts are 12 months long, starting in August and ending in July, and coincide with the Texas State University calendar. We offer a variety of floor plans to our residents, including studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments.
We offer a plethora of premier amenities at Uptown Square, including a resort-style pool with three sun shelves, a 3,000 square-foot fitness center, free high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi, a cyber workstation center, a computer lab with PCs and Macs, a pavilion with an outdoor fireplace, and several outdoor living areas with flat-screen TVs.We also have an on-site dog park and offer a valet trash service.
