About Us
Report
Crandall Eye was founded by Dr. Elizabeth Crandall with the idea that a solo provider can still provide exceptional customer service and quality eye care. After cold calling many communities throughout the South East, Wayne Memorial Hospital answered and thought it was a great idea. As soon as Dr. Crandall graduated, she set forth to be one of the very few brave enough to go out and practice medicine as a solo practitioner.

Once we receive a fax we will promptly schedule the patient and include a date for your charts. We give each patient 3 attempts to schedule, after which we will send a note back to you for your records if unable to schedule. After the patient is seen you will receive a consult letter with Dr. Crandall's findings along with any follow-up instructions.
