I have a 2015 Hyundai sonata. There is a recall on that car I have taken it here for service. They went in my glove compartment and took the receipts that I was saving for the recall. They refused to give me the proper paperwork that I needed, the man said he would email it to me. That was a month ago. Now they are saying they will not accept the recall on the engine. My experience has been a nightmare. This place has been very rude to me that it has caused so much stress that I don't know what to do anymore. This place is horrible.
